Our 2024 Executive Team

In the role of Chief Executive officer, I sit on almost every committee and have the privilege to work with and learn from each officer and member to ensure we are living up to our values and maintaining a positive experience for all. It is absolutely incredible to be surrounded by so many vivacious, intelligent, and exceptional women who have push me and each other to be the best version of themselves.

As the Vice President of Administration, I deal with a lot of the every day going ons in the house. I manage our point system, MCR, theta portal, and make the calendar each semester! I also get to chair our nominating committee and our bylaws committee!

As VPO I get to organize risk mitigation plan for all sorority events so ensure the safety of the chapter. And lead the Membership Development Committee (MDC) to enforce disciplinary action, give accommodations to members, and to enhance the overall membership experience. KAO has helped me grow in all areas of my life and I can’t wait to continue to be inspired by the women around me!

As VPE, I work to educate the whole house and handle various aspects of the New Member Experience. With the officers in my branch, I am able to coordinate events like Bid Day, Initiation, and Big/Little Reveal. Additionally, I construct our educational programming schedule, plan Theta Love Weekend, and head the Committee of Care!

As VPF, I manage Theta’s finances. This includes managing the house’s payments, member billing, budgeting, and more. With this role, I am able to be involved in almost every area of Theta’s operations.

As VPM, my main job is to plan and execute recruitment for our chapter. My biggest goal throughout my term is to foster positivity and authenticity about recruitment both within our own house and to the potential new members. I want to make our 2024 recruitment one of the best we have ever had, and I am so excited to showcase all that Theta has to offer to our prospective sisters!

As Vice President of External Affairs I get to oversee our fundraising director, service director, online media director, and alumnae relations director! I have the honor of planning our annual crush party and designing merchandise for our chapter. An ultimate goal of the external affairs branch is to give our chapter members opportunities to make a difference within our community!

Hi! My name is Emma Schaefer and I am so thrilled to serve on theta exec! As VP Panhellenic, my role is to encourage participation within our amazing Panhellenic community and strengthen theta’s bond with other chapters on campus! I serve as the Panhellenic delegate to ensure that our chapter is in the know of what’s going on in our community!

AS VPDEI, I am primarily responsible for fostering an equitable and inclusive environment within our chapter, I also have the privilege of organizing DEI events with local community groups and on-campus organizations to promote and further DEI education. Working closely with all officers and members, I am dedicated to ensuring everyone feels safe, welcome, and so loved here at Butler Theta.
