Our 2025 Executive Team

President
Dana Frohberg
As chapter president, I work in a range of areas our amazing Greek community, whether it's internally with Theta officers or externally with Panhellenic. I chair the executive team, which consists of the eight Vice Presidents that run their own branches. I also communicate with our advisory board and any other alumnae, including our housing board. At Butler, I work with the Panhellenic officers to address improvement our houses can make.

Vice President Administration
McKenna Henderson
As our Vice President of Administration, I am in charge of making sure the chapter timeline stays organized. This involves creating the calendar, managing MCR, running our points system, updating Theta Portal, and many other behind-the-scenes tasks! I am also responsible for making sure our chapter is in compliance with the bylaws, and I facilitate our election process!

Vice President Operations
Eleanor Adams
As our Vice President of Operations, I get to help ensure our members stay safe and have all the tools they need to feel supported throughout the year. On top of that, I get to help plan events like formal and award members weekly for showing outstanding theta values!

Vice President Education
Shayne Polk
As Vice President of Education, I am responsible for our initiation, new member appreciation, big/little, Theta love weekend, and bid day. I also plan education events for the semester with guest speakers to present to our chapter.

Vice President Finances
Maria Capuano
As Vice President of Finances, I make sure Theta is running smoothly! I help create and manage our budget, along with handling dues and other expenses the house may encounter. I also work closely with our housing board to update our beautiful house.

Vice President Membership
Mia Hutton
As Vice President of Membership, I have the privilege of leading our chapter through all things recruitment, from Primary Recruitment to our Continuous Open Bidding process. I work with an incredible recruitment team to guide and prepare our members to create a welcoming experience for every potential new member. From creative brainstorming to the behind-the-scenes logistics, I have loved bringing to life a recruitment experience that is intentional, welcoming, and authentically Theta, all with the goal of helping women find a place where they feel at home and ensuring we continue to recruit exceptional women who will carry on Theta's legacy for years to come.

Vice President External Affairs
Ella Connolly
As the Vice President of External Affairs for Kappa Alpha Theta, I oversee the fundraising, service, alumni relations, and social media directors in their roles for the Gamma chapter. I help with the planning and execution of philanthropy week, parents' weekends, Founders Day, and service events, while also coordinating with merchandise companies to ensure our public-facing initiatives promote a positive image of our chapter and align with Theta's core values.

Vice President Panhellenic
Angelina Joseph
As Vice President of Panhellenic for Kappa Alpha Theta, I represent Theta at biweekly Panhellenic meetings to strengthen positive relationships within the Greek community. I do this by communicating all current events in the Panhellenic community to our chapter, as well as hosting events to build friendships with members of different Greek houses.

Vice President Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Maggie Evers
My name is Margaret Evers, and I am the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Kappa Alpha Theta’s Gamma Chapter! My position focuses on embedding inclusive initiatives into all levels of our chapter's culture, planning educational events, and fostering an environment where every member feels valued and heard. What I love most about this role is seeing how open and enthusiastic everyone is during our discussions and events—it has been incredibly rewarding to watch our chapter grow together and deepen our understanding of one another every single day!
